Ricardo Estêvão, born and raised locally in the town of Santiago do Cacém he created a small active tourism tour operator in the SW Portugal Costa Vicentina Natural Park, focus on adventure activities and self-guided holidays by his own since 2008.

 

• He´s been running this adventure and nature small business as an incoming agent-based in Vila Nova de Milfontes, all year round.

• He´s a senior product developer concerning multi-activities, hiking and cycling holidays only in the Alentejo and Algarve SW Atlantic Coast Area;

• He´s a  guide of many adventure activities with more than 15 years of professional experience. Expert in several adventure areas, like abseiling, canoeing, hiking, mountain biking among many others related to nature interaction.

• He gives up teaching and dedicates all positive energy to his local business promoting the local economy and environmental attitudes, contributing actively to sustainable active tourism.

• He´s recognized as a quality incoming agent regarding self-guided and multi-adventure holidays representing tour operators of several countries in Europe, like France, Germany, Sweden, the UK, and Holland.

• Actually, he belongs to the direction board of the Rota Vicentina Association, helping the development of this project to reach the next level always accomplishing the goal of sustainability.

• Vicentina Travel runs self-guided holidays along all year (except July and August) providing personalized and tailor-made services along the Rota Vicentina, Alentejo Coast, and SW Algarve;

• Clients' feedback has been great all over the years creating fidelity and friendship.

• Being graduated in Sports and active tourism in 2006, he strongly believes that your happiness and health are directly related to exercise among nature.
